How to stay safe when working out 
In this post i will be talking about how to actually do the workouts i talked about in my last post. I am talking about this because there is no point in doing workouts if you do not how to do it properly. I am also talking about safety because lots of injures happen from people working out. There are lots of reasons you need to know how to correctly do the exercises but one of the main reasons is so you do not hurt yourself while working out. Many people get hurt from working out and one of the reasons is because they dont know what they are doing. Another reason people get injured from working out is they work to hard you need to make sure you are working out correctly start by stretching lightly, slowly increase your level of activity. This will help increase blood flow to your muscles and decrease your risk of injury.

13 safety tips for working out 
1. know your own limits for your body
2. make sure to warm up and cool down
3. know what you are doing
4. do not workout when you are injured
5.  make sure to rest if you feel sore give your body time to recover
6. dress properly for cold-weather workouts to avoid hypothermia. 
7. Make sure to stay hydrated! Exercising a lot in hot, humid conditions can lead to serious overheating and dehydration
8. for strength training having a good and correct form is essential. Use no weight when learning new exercises 
9. wear clothes and shoes designed for the type of exercise you are doing
10. when working out for a long period make sure to not only drink water to stay hydrated but also other drinks that give you electrolytes 
11. if you stop exercising for a while drop back to a lower level and blood up into it the momentum you have before 
12. Listen to your body. Hold off on exercise when you're sick or not feeling well
13. training too hard or too often can cause injuries like stress fractures, stiff or sore joints and muscles, and inflamed tendons and ligaments.

One thing i have learned about writing my own blog and commenting on other peoples is that there are blogs for everyone. Blogs are a good way to express how you feel or about things you like so there are endless options for everyone to read about when it come to blogs. Blogs are important because it is an easy way for people to express how they feel about a lot of different stuff.
